At Hutschenreuther, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

Return Process

  2. Pack Securely – Ensure the item is well-protected in its original packaging.
  3. Ship Back – Send the package to the provided return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
